What ingredient do you use?

The main ingredients are vegetable wax, soy wax and cotton wicks. Our candles are considered vegetable wax. Although soy is an ingredient, our candles are not considered soy candles.

Our products are made using a blend of fine fragrance oils that consists of natural materials.

The fragrance we use are paraben-free, phthalate-free and are never tested on animals.

What’s the best way to care for your products?

To care of our candles, please allow your initial burn up to 2-3 hours to build a melt pool and to prevent from tunelling and trim your wick to 1/4 inch before every burning and to avoid unnecessary smoke.


Where do you ship?

We offer shipping to Malaysia & Singapore via Pos Laju. kindly refer Shipping & Returns for our standard shipping rates.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer local & international shipping to these countries with a flat-rate shipping cost.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, flat rate international shipping applies for Singapore & Brunei only. Shipping to other countries can be arranged upon request. Email us at [email protected] for further information and arrangement.

How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will be given a unique tracking code once your order has been processed and packed.

Please note: once a package is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control, and as much we’d like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We are currently unable to replace missing or stolen packages.

What if my tracking info doesn’t show any updates?

An order’s tracking status may take 24-48 hours to update once a shipping label has been created. If you haven’t received any updates after 48 hours, please reach out.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my Nyala product?

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, always! If you’re unsatisfied with your Nyala product, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] and we’ll help get the process started.

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order and require proof of purchase (e.g. your Nyala order number, order confirmation email, etc).

If your order arrived damaged or if you’re experiencing an issue with your product, please include photos and a detailed description in your email, and we’ll get started on your exchange or replacement order ASAP.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are processed on unused, undamaged products only. Please return your items back to Nyala HQ in the original packaging and ensure that the shipment is carefully packed, as we’re unable to process refunds on items that arrive broken.

Refunds are applied to returned product only and do not cover any original shipping fees. As a small, growing business, we are currently unable to pay for return shipping. Once submitted, refunds typically return to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
